Position Overviews
The Market Merchandiser is a member of our Sales and Delivery Service teams and works to get our brand noticed by suppliers and consumers. The Merchandiser will interact with CalBrew sales and customer liaisons and delivery services by traveling to various locations, including grocery stores and retail accounts. The position involves the timely rotating of products, ensuring store shelves are stocked, inventory is maintained, and product displays are creative and in order. This position involves manual labor and the physical movement of products.
The Merchandiser team typically works in the marketplace Monday through Saturday. Schedules may vary based on customer and business needs.
The Order Fulfillment Associate is a member of our Delivery Service Operations team. It keeps our customers happy by ensuring their orders are built, staged, and ready for delivery each day. This person makes pallets with various cases and kegs as requested and ordered by our customers. Products are located in an environmentally-controlled warehouse; pallets are built based on route and vehicle type, then staged and loaded on the assigned delivery vehicle. This person also supports our repack and warehouse operations. The position involves manual labor, physical movement, mechanical loading, and equipment staging.
The Order Fulfillment team typically works Monday – Thursday, 3:00 pm – 1:00 am. Schedules may vary based on customer and business needs.
The Local Delivery Service Driver is a member of our Delivery Service Operations team and keeps our customers happy through the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of customer orders. This person safely operates a vehicle, physically loads and unloads products on and off their vehicle, delivers them into our customer locations, and places and rotates products within the location (shelves, coolers, displays, racks, etc.) while maintaining compliance with all state and federal laws and quality control standards as set forth by the company, our suppliers, and the industry. The Driver position delivers within a 5-county radius and is home nightly.
The driver’s schedule is primarily Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 am until deliveries are completed for the day. Schedules may vary based on customer and business needs.
The Delivery Associate position is a member of our Delivery Service Operations team and keeps our customers happy by supporting our Local Service Delivery Drivers in their safe, timely, and efficient delivery of customer orders. This person aids in physically loading and unloading products on and off their vehicle, delivering them to our customer locations, and placing and rotating products within the location (shelves, coolers, displays, racks, etc.). This person also supports our warehouse operations and order fulfillment as needed.
The Delivery Associate team typically works Tuesday – Friday, 6:00 am – 5:00 pm. Schedules may vary based on customer and business needs.
